These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of KingdomSec.com (the “Site”), operated by Kingdom Security. By using the Site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides general information about Kingdom Security and lets you request a free assessment or additional information. Using the Site does not create a monitoring, installation or service relationship. A separate written subscriber or service agreement is required before Kingdom Security performs any installation, service or monitoring.

Monthly monitoring rates, service descriptions and other information on the Site are provided for reference and may change without notice. Equipment, installation, permits, taxes and service visits are not included in the monthly monitoring price. Final pricing for any project is determined by a written proposal after an assessment.

When you submit the contact form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to be contacted at the number and address you provide. You agree Kingdom Security may respond by phone, text or email using the method you selected. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.

Do not submit sensitive personal information (such as government identification numbers, financial account details or health information) through the contact form. It is not designed to receive that kind of data.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or connected networks.
• Upload malicious code, scrape the Site at high volume, or use automated systems to submit forms.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
• Use the Site to solicit business from Kingdom Security customers or its users.

The Site, including its logo, text, graphics, layout and organization, is owned by or licensed to Kingdom Security and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or use any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

The Site may reference or link to third-party products, services or websites. Kingdom Security does not control and is not responsible for third-party content or offerings.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Kingdom Security disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Kingdom Security does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingdom Security and its owners, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Site — even if Kingdom Security has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. The limits and duties for any installed security or monitoring service are governed by the separate written subscriber or service agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kingdom Security and its owners, employees and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any right of a third party.

Kingdom Security may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
