Can you take over any brand of alarm?+
Many major residential and small-business systems can be taken over, but compatibility depends on the panel, communicator and sensors involved. We confirm compatibility during the on-site assessment before quoting anything.
Will I have to replace all of my sensors?+
Usually not. Most working door, window and motion sensors can be reused if the panel supports them. We only recommend replacements where a device is failing, unsupported or missing.
Do I have to sign a long-term monitoring contract?+
No. Kingdom Security does not require a long-term monitoring commitment. A subscriber agreement is still required so we can legally monitor your system and dispatch on your behalf.
Do you service commercial fire-alarm systems?+
No. Kingdom Security does not provide commercial fire-alarm services. Our takeovers focus on residential and small-business intrusion and camera systems.
What is included in the monitoring price?+
Monitoring starts at $39.99/month for professional 24/7 monitoring. Equipment, installation, permits and taxes are quoted separately based on your assessment.
