The 2GIG GC Touch is a modern, fully capable professional security system and the right choice for most homes. You get a 7" touchscreen, cellular signaling, app control, camera compatibility and encrypted wireless sensors.
The extra $150 for the Qolsys IQ Panel 5 buys the upgraded panel platform and PowerG sensors: longer wireless range, two-way sensor communication, stronger resistance to interference, and more flexibility for larger properties, future expansion and certain existing-system takeovers.
