Do all camera systems record 24/7?+
Not automatically. Recording style — motion-based, continuous or event-triggered — and how long footage is retained depends on the equipment and storage/service you choose. We walk through the options with you.
Can I view my cameras from my phone?+
Yes. The systems we install support mobile live view, playback and motion notifications. Specific features vary by equipment.
Do you offer video monitoring by a monitoring center?+
Professional video monitoring is not included on every camera system. Availability depends on the equipment and service you select — ask during your assessment.
Can you replace or upgrade my current cameras?+
